The results of a BOTOX injection are usually noticed within 3 to 10 days. They tend to last in most people for up to three or four months. As time passes, the muscle activity will gradually return to normal. This injection tends to last well into the third or fourth month, as opposed to many other temporary cosmetic procedures.
