The Male Facial Fat Injections Procedure

This operation is done under local anesthesia during which a very tiny incision is made in the donor site, usually the abdomen. The fat is then centrifuged and reinjected via fine needle cannulas.

Facial Fat Transfer Post-Operative Course

The patient is asked to massage the injected areas with their fingers several times a day. The patient can usually return to work almost immediately unless the lips were done, in which case there may be moderate swelling for three to four days.
